| 摘 要： | 目的了解健康人群对乙型肝炎(简称乙肝)预防相关知识态度情况,为控制乙肝提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法对875名乙肝疫苗接种者及其家人(除携带乙肝病毒者外)进行调查。结果 875名被调查者中57.9%知道乙肝的传播途径;36.6%知道预防乙肝最主要的方式是注射乙肝疫苗;10.6%知道接种疫苗产生抗体后保护作用可以持续10年以上。不同的性别、年龄之间乙肝预防相关知识、态度没有差别,不同的文化程度可以影响乙肝预防相关知识、态度。85%以上的被调查者知道怎样与携带乙肝病毒者在一起生活和工作。结论今后除需加强乙肝预防相关知识的教育外,还要注重知识向行为的转化工作。
