| 摘 要： | 目的初步探讨外伤性张力性气颅的病因,临床表现和治疗方法。方法通过回顾分析既往收治的5例外伤性张力性气颅的诊治经过进行分析。结果 5例患者均有外伤史,合并颅底骨折,因张力性气颅手术治疗,术后恢复良好。结论张力性气颅重在预防,只要发现及时,处理得当,绝大多数的患者恢复良好。
