摘    要:目的优选功血宁颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以黄芪甲苷为指标,选择加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数三个因素,考察对提取效果的影响。结果最佳工艺组合确定为A3B2C2,即黄芪等八味药材加水煎煮2次,每次加入8倍量水,煎煮2 h。结论优选出的提取工艺为功血宁颗粒的制备提供了依据。

Abstract:Aim To optimize the extracting techniques of Gongxuening granules.Methods The extraction technique was selected by orthogonal method,with the contents of Astragaloside Ⅳ as index,the influential factors for the extraction of effective ingredients that included the amount of adding water,length of decocting time and frequencies of decocting were studied.Results The optimal extraction is as follows:adding 8 times amount of water and boiling for 120 min each time,extracting two times in all.Conclusion The optimal extraction technique was stable and feasible.
