| 摘 要： | 目的研究2008～2009年安徽省肺科医院肺结核病人耐多药及其治疗情况,为结核病防治提供依据。方法搜集相关资料,进行临床流行病学分析。结果在接受治疗的269例耐多药肺结核住院病人中,痰菌转阴、病灶吸收、空洞闭合和好转分别达到68.4%、79.9%、64.7%和85.1%。结论肺结核耐多药问题重在预防;制定合理有效的化疗方案,加强医防合作与管理,是防治肺结核病人耐药的有效途径。
