| Abstract: | Aim To investigate the changes of levels of serum liver enzyme in patients with hepato-lenticular degeneration(HLD).Methods Serum ALT,AST,GGT,ADA,5'-NT,TBA,TBIL,DBIL and CHE levels were measured by HITACHI 7020 automatic analyzer in 477 patients with HLD and 60 controls.Results The patients with HLD,the serum levels of ALT,AST,GGT,TBA,TBIL,DBIL,ADA and CHE were significantly different from those in controls.Conclusion Combined determination of serum liver enzyme in patients of HLD is of clinical usefulness. |
