| 摘 要： | 目的:调查骨折手术患者对骨科护士服务质量的满意度调查。方法:2005年1月至2006年12月,对湛江市四所三级甲等医院骨折而住院接受手术治疗的患者200例,采用问卷调查方法进行对骨科护理人员服务项目满意度的调查。结果:调查结果显示,骨折手术患者住院期间不同阶段的服务需求不同。结论:在住院期间,对骨折手术患者提供关怀照顾的同时,有针对、有侧重地为患者制定护理措施,分阶段为患者人性化的护理,从而更为有效的改善患者的愈后。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the operationing patients's satisfaction with nursing service of orthopaedics depart- ments.Methods 200 cases of operationing patients were investigated on their satisfaction with service of orthopaedics depart- ments nurses.Results There is a significant difference of different stage of hospitalization in nursing service caring operatio- ning patients of orthopaedics.Conclusion departments of orthopaedics nurses should provide individualized service caring for the operationing patients. |
