| 摘 要： | 为探讨从心电图角度区别运动试验真阳性或假阳性指标的方法，本文对４４例不同人群患者作心电图踏车运动试验。结果表明：对照组较冠心病组心电图运动试验高峰时①Ｐ波振幅明显增高，②Ｐ波从静息到运动高峰时增幅明显增大，③出现短而陡的明显下斜型ＰＲ段改变者较多，从而提示上述情况可作为心电图运动试验中假阳性患者的参考指标。

| Abstract: | In order to distinguish the true and false positive criteria in exercise electrocardiogram, we performed electrocardiographic exercise test in 44 patients.The results showed that the control group had increased mean P wave amplitude and P wave amplitude from baseline to peak exercise at peak exercise, whereas the CHD group had a much markedly downsloping PRsegments, respectively. |
