心理支持疗法减轻腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术患者焦虑的效果观察

目的观察围手术期心理支持疗法(PPST)改善腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术患者焦虑状态的效果。方法将2011年行结直肠癌腹腔镜下手术治疗的61例患者随机分为干预组(实施PPST干预)和对照组(进行常规健康宣教),记录2组患者术前1天、术后第7天和术后1个月的焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)。结果干预组在术前1天、术后第7天以及术后第1个月SAS评分均低于对照组,2组患者术前1天和术后第7天SAS评分明显高于国内常模。结论 PPST可明显改善结直肠癌患者的焦虑心理,提高患者的生活质量。

Objectives To observe perioperative psychological support therapy （PPST） in alleviating the anxiety of patients with laparoscopic assisted surgery for colorectaL cancer. Methods Patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery were divided into intervention group and control group. The control group were given routine health education, while the intervention group were given PPSTs at the base of control group. The self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） scores of 2 groups were recorded at the one day before surgery, 7th day and the 3Oth day after surgery. Results The SAS scores in the intervention group at the one day before surgery, 7th day and the 30th day after surgery were lower than that in the control group. The SAS scores of all the patients at the one day before surgery and the 30th day after surgery were significantly higher than the national norm. Conclusions PPSTs might be a good way to alleviate the anxiety of patients with laparoscopic-assisted surgery for colorectal cancer and improve the quality of life of patients
