| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗不全性肠梗阻疗效。方法:回顾分析130例不全性肠梗阻患者中西医结合治疗的有效率、手术中转率、死亡率、复发率及平均住院时间。结果:有效率为85.3%,手术中转率为14%,死亡率为0.7%,复发率为30%,平均住院日为(7.9±11.1)天。结论:中西医结合治疗不全性肠梗阻有较好的疗效,但复发率较高。
