摘    要:目的:探讨CP-Sil 5CB毛细管气相色谱法同时检测工作场所空气中丙酮、丁酮和苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯等有毒物质。方法:活性炭管吸附采样,用二硫化碳解吸后,解吸液经CP-Sil 5CB毛细管色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积外标法定量。结果:丙酮、丁酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯在CP-Sil 5CB毛细管柱上分离良好,工作曲线的线性相关系数r均在0.99以上,相对标准偏差1.98%~4.36%,样品加标回收率90.0%~105.8%。结论:CP-Sil 5CB毛细管色谱柱能一次性分离丙酮、丁酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯,可用于工作场所空气中该7种物质的测定。

Abstract:Objective:To develop a method for simultaneous determination of acetone,butanone,benzene,toluene,xylene and styrene in workplace air by capillary gas chromatography with CP-Sil 5CB column.Methods:The analyte was adsorbed by active carbon and desorbed by carbon disulfide.Separation was achieved on CP-Sil 5CB capillary column,and detection was performed by flame ionization detector(FID).Qualitative analysis was by retention time,and quantification was by external standard method with peak area.Results:A satisfactory separation was achieved on CP-Sil 5CB capillary column.The correlation coefficients of these calibration curves were more than 0.99,relative standard deviations were 1.98%~4.36%,recoveries of target compounds ranged from 90.0%~105.8%.Conclusion:These poisonous chemicals can be simultaneously separated on CP-Sil 5CB capillary column,this assay can be applied to determination of acetone,butanone,benzene,toluene,xylene and styrene in workplace air.
