生长激素对小鼠子宫内膜VEGF、LIF、MMP-9及TIMP-1表达的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨生长激素(GH)对子宫内膜容受性的作用。方法:将150只小鼠随机平均分成3大组:A组(动情后期组)、B组(假孕组)、C组(妊娠d4组);每大组再分为2亚组:第1亚组皮下注射GH1.5mIU/g,第2亚组注射等体积生理盐水;用免疫组化技术检测子宫内膜VEGF、LIF、MMP-9及TIMP-1的表达。结果:B组子宫内膜中,注射GH者LIF、VEGF、MMP-9及TIMP-1的表达呈阳性,强于其对照组,二者比较差异有显著性(P均<0.05);C组子宫内膜中,注射GH者LIF、VEGF、MMP-9及TIMP-1的表达呈强阳性,强于其对照组,二者比较差异有显著性(P均<0.05)。结论:GH可以提高小鼠着床期子宫内膜VEGF、LIF、MMP-9及TIMP-1的表达,从而改善子宫内膜容受性,提高临床妊娠率。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of GH on endometrial receptivity. Methods: A total of 150 mice were divided into 3 groups randomly: metestrus stage (group A), pseudopregnant mice (group B), the 4th day ofpregnant mice (group C). Each group was divided into 2 subgroups: one was given 1.5 mIU/g GH (group 1) and the other received physiological saline in equal volum (group 2). The expressions of VEGF, LIF, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 of the 6 groups were examined by immunohistochemistry techniques in mouse endometrium. Results: The expressions of VEGF, LIF, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the group B2 were lower than those in the group B1, the difference between them were significant (P<0.05); more stronger expressions of VEGF, LIF, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were found in the group C1 than in the group C2, the difference between them were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: GH can inhance the expressions of VEGF, LIF, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in endometrium of mouse during implantation window phase. Using GH may improve the endometrial receptivity and further the rate of pregnancy.
