颈椎侧块钢板内固定治疗下颈椎不稳的疗效

目的 观察颈椎侧块钢板内固定治疗下颈椎不稳的近期疗效。方法 采用An技术，对21例下颈椎不稳(其中外伤性颈椎折服位16例，颈椎后纵韧带骨化症4例，黄韧带压迫1例)患者用颈椎侧块钢进行治疗。结果 术中无血管神经损伤。21例均获随访，平均时间14个月，无内固定物断裂或松动，脊髓功能有不同程度恢复，18例获骨性愈合。结论 颈椎测块钢板内固定适用于各种原因引起的需后路减压的下颈椎不稳定患者，该技术固定牢靠，适应证广，临床效果好。

Effect of fixation with lateral mass plate on instability of lower cervical spine

Objective To observe the preliminary outcome of the lower cervical spine instability treated by the lateral mass plate. Methods Twenty one cases of the lower cervical spine instability (including 16 cases of traumatic instability, 4 cases of OPLL and 1 case of DISH) were treated by the lateral mass plate. Results All of the 21 cases were follow up for an average of 14 months. No complications such as injury of vessel or nerve, breakage of the plate and screw were found. The functions of the spinal cords were improved in 13 of all the traumatic cases.18 cases achieved bone union. Conclusion The fixation with lateral mass plate by An technique for the lower cervical spine instability induced by different causes is suitable and reliable.
