摘    要:目的:探讨前列腺增生症患者膀胱逼尿肌中神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)及其高亲和力受体酪氨酸激酶A(tyrosine kinaseA,TrkA)的表达变化。方法:前列腺增生症患者54例,分为逼尿肌稳定组(33例)和逼尿肌不稳定组(2l例)。对照组为15例同期在我院因膀胱癌施行开放手术的男性患者,应用免疫组化观察各组逼尿肌中NGF及其高亲和力受体TrkA的表达。结果:梗阻稳定组与梗阻不稳定组NGF及TrkA的表达水平均明显高于对照组,在对照组、梗阻稳定组及梗阻不稳定组之间两两比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:前列腺增生致膀胱出口梗阻后膀胱逼尿肌细胞中NGF及TrkA表达水平增高与膀胱逼尿肌不稳定的发生有关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the changes of nerve growth factor(NGF) and the high affinity receptor of tyrosine kinaseA(TrkA) in human detrusor in bladder outlet obstruction(BOO) with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods: A total of 54 patients with BPH were divided into two groups: an obstructive detrusor stability(n=33) and an obstructive detrusor instability(n=21).NGF and TrkA in detrusor from all patients were measured by immunohistochemical staining and compared with results from 15 bladder tumors operated on in the same period as control.Results: The NGF and TrkA levels in the obstructive stability and instability groups were higher than those in the control,and there were significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Elevation of NGF and TrkA in detrusor seems to correlate with denervation supersensitivity and detrusor instability due to bladder outlet obstruction.
