雌激素预防绝经后妇女骨质疏松症有效剂量的研究

目的　研究绝经后妇女或子宫及双卵巢切除术后病人骨质疏松症应用雌激素预防的有效剂量。方法　对 12 0例患者给予不同剂量的药物治疗 ,测各剂量组血钙和血磷浓度及骨密度。结果　雌激素 0 .6 2 5mg/d和 1.2 5mg/d的剂量组血钙和血磷显著降低 ,更低剂量组病人骨质丢失明显 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　绝经后每日服用 0 .6 2 5mg雌激素可以预防骨质疏松症 ,更低剂量组则效果差 ,并要定期随访 ,安全性检查子宫及乳腺。

The study of the effective does ofextrogen on preventing postmen opamsal Women''''s osteoporosis

Objectives　 To research the effective does of estngen on preventing the postmen opausal osteoporosis or the isteioirisis women who received gysterectomy and ovariectomy.Methods　 120 patients were given different does of estrogen and had been visited for two years in orden to study the of Serum Calciun and phosphorus and the density of bone.Results　To the group of estrogen 0.625mg/day and 1.25mg/day,the of serum Calcium and phosphorus significantly decreased.The group of more lower dose of estrogen the losed bone was significant in(P＜0.01)。Conclusions　Estrogen 0.625mg day can Prevent Postmenopausal osteoporosis,the effect of more lower dosage is not as good as the precious one.at the same time the followmg visit and safety check are needed.
