高频电流犬牙髓失活的实验研究

摘    要:为进一步印证高频电流用于牙髓失活的可靠性及安全性,笔者采用由低到高4个档位高频电流进行大牙髓处理,分别于2d和7d后处死,进行牙髓及根尖周组织的病理检查.结果表明,犬牙髓整形、坏死,根尖周组织未见异常,证明应用高频电流进行牙髓失活安全、可靠.

Abstract:To further confirm the reliability and safety of high-frequency current used in dental pulp devitalization, four grades of high-frequency current were used to treat the dental pulps in canine.The canines were killed on the third day and the eighth day respectively after the treatment, and histopathological examinations of the dental pulps and periapical tissues were carried out. The results showed that the canine dental pulps were complete and necrotic, and the periapical tissues were normal. AU this indicates that the use of high-frequency current in dental pulp devitalization is safe and reliable.
