16层螺旋CT血管成像检测主动脉夹层动脉瘤的护理配合

目的：探讨16层螺旋CT血管成像（MSCTA）在主动脉夹层动脉瘤检查中的护理配合方法。方法：回顾性分析进行MSCTA检查的20例患者，经工作站进行图像后处理，观察主动脉成像的CT图像质量，总结检查过程中的护理操作和体会。结果：20例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者均获得了满意的检查效果，重建图像均能显示所要观察的动脉血管的主干及其主要分支，全部达到诊断目的，其中1例返回病房后6h因主动脉夹层破裂，抢救无效死亡。结论：16层螺旋CT血管成像在检测主动脉夹层动脉瘤中具有独特的优越性，精心的护理配合是取得检查成功的重要保证。

Nursing care in the examination of MSCTA for the diagnosis of dissecting aortic aneurysm

Objective：To evaluate the value of nursing care in the examination of 16-slice helical CT angiography （MSCTA） for the diagnosis of dissecting aortic aneurysm.Methods：The CT post-process images including CT angiography （CrA） of 20 patients were retrospectively studied. The images of CT post-process images were analyzed. At last, the role of nursing care operation in the examination of CT angiography was assessed. Results： All of these patients were diagaosised the with CT post-process images. The stem and ramification of aortic dissection vessle were demonstrated wifl~ the reconstruction images. A patient was dead of the rupture of dissecting aortic aneurysm after he returned to ward. Conclusion： CTA demonstrates the great superiority for the diagnosis dissecting aortic aneurysm. Nursing care plays an important role in the examination of CTA.
