振动排痰仪对肺部感染患者排痰的干预作用

目的 探讨振动排痰仪对ICU肺部感染需要排痰的患者排痰效果的影响。方法 97例肺部感染需要排痰的患者随机分为试验组和对照组,分别采用振动排痰仪与人工叩背排痰,治疗10d后观察两组患者的血氧饱和度、血气分析指标及X线胸片变化情况。结果 试验组患者的氧饱和度和PaO2明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 振动排痰仪排痰效果明显优于传统的手拍方式排痰,提高了护理质量。

Uses the vibration row of phlegm meter separately and knocks on a back row of phlegm artificially. After treats 10 days to observe two group of patient"s blood oxygen degrees of saturation Courage vigor analysis target and X sternum change situation. Results The experimental group patient"s oxygen degree of saturation and PaO2 are higher than the control group obviously(P<0.05). Conclusion The vibration row of phlegm meter row of phlegm effect surpasses traditional the hand to pat a way row of phlegm obviously.Improved the nursing quality.
