民族医学院校人文课程体系的构建与反思

摘    要:民族医学院校可遵循循序渐进、理论与实践相结合、显性与隐性相结合、导向与自主相结合的原则,从内容、资源、师资和教学等方面去构建人文课程体系。人文课程体系的充分构建需坚持如下理念:医学的本质是人学,并且把人文作为医学的基本构成之一,关键是培养人文课程的师资。

Abstract:The principles of step by step, the combination of practice and theory, the co-existing of being implicit and explicit, the equality between guidance and autonomous can be followed to construct humanities curriculum system in content, resources, teaching staff and teaching in medical colleges for nationalities. Furthermore, humanities curriculum system must insist on a fundamental concepts that the human theory is the essence of medicine, and the humanities is the basic structure of medicine and the key to success is the training of humanities teachers.
