摘    要:在500 mL的高压搅拌反应釜中进行了纤维素的超临界水热液化实验,主要考察不同气氛(N2、H2、CO)对非催化和催化条件下纤维素水热液化过程的影响。在非催化条件下,不同气氛对于纤维素的水热液化影响较小,纤维素液化的总转化率为77.67%~81.16%,液相产物的产率为16.22%~18.61%,还原性气氛(H2和CO)在该条件下并不具备明显的活性。在KOH催化条件下,还原性气氛有利于纤维素水热液化转化率及液相产物的产率和品质的提高。特别是在CO气氛下,纤维素总转化率可达98.49%,液相产物的产率达33.33%,热值达38.98 MJ/kg,这与KOH的加入促进了CO与H2O的水解反应及CO作为羰基化试剂参与脱羧反应有关。

Abstract:Hydrothermal liquefaction of cellulose under different atmospheres with and without catalyst was performed in a 500 mL high pressure stirred reactor. The results indicated that without catalyst the effect of different atmospheres was weak. The conversion of cellulose was from 77.67% to 81.16% and the yield of liquid products was from 16.22% to 18.61%. No significant activity of reductive atmosphere (H2 and CO) can be determined under this condition. By adding KOH as catalyst, the reducing atmosphere was favorable to improve the conversion of collusion and the yield of liquid products. Especially under CO atmosphere, the conversion of cellulose, the yield of liquid products and the heating value reached 98.49%, 33.33% and 38.98 MJ/kg, respectively. This should relate to the strengthening of the direct CO-deoxygenating and depolymerization of cellulose by the active hydrogen produced by CO transformation catalyzed by KOH.
