火焰原子吸收光谱法测定鹌鹑蛋中8种微量元素的含量

目的:测定鹌鹑蛋中8种微量元素的含量,证明鹌鹑蛋中含有丰富的微量元素. 方法:用湿式消化法对鹌鹑蛋蛋样进行处理,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对处理后的鹌鹑蛋蛋样中的Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Cr、Al等8种微量元素进行定量分析测定.结果:在鹌鹑蛋蛋样中,Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn的含量较为丰富.但对人体有害的微量元素如Al也有一定的浓度. 结论:鹌鹑蛋中含有丰富的人体所必需的微量元素,经常食用鹌鹑蛋可以补充人体对微量元素的需求.

Determination of 8 trace elements in quail eggs by FAAS

Objective:To determine 8 trace elements in quail eggs in an attempt to prove rich trace elements in quail eggs.Methods: Quail eggs were treated by wet digestion,and after that,the 8 trace elements of Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Cr,and Al in the quail eggs were determined by FAAS.Results: Quail eggs had more Ca,Mg,Fe and Zn that were beneficial to health,and had also some Al that was harmful to health.Conclusion: There are rich necessary trace elements in quail eggs,and often eating quail eggs can supply trace elements to the body.
