双歧杆菌三联活菌片对婴幼儿免疫功能的影响

目的观察双歧杆菌三联活菌片对婴幼儿免疫功能的影响。方法将我院门诊上呼吸道感染患儿按年龄(0~月龄,6~月龄,12~月龄,24~36月龄)随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组口服双岐杆菌三联活菌片6个月,对照组为空白对照。观察患儿呼吸道、消化道感染性和过敏性疾病的情况和血清Ig A、Ig E的变化。结果 24月龄,实验组服药3个月后的血清Ig A值较对照组高(P0.05),服药6个月后,差别增大。24~36月龄,实验组服药后的血清Ig A值与对照组差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。实验组服药6个月后,血清Ig E值超过正常范围的人数与对照组差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。观察1年6个月,患呼吸道、消化道感染性疾病5次以上的人数,实验组较对照组少(P0.05);患过敏性疾病的人数,实验组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论口服双歧杆菌三联活菌片能提高婴幼儿免疫功能,可减少感染性疾病的发生。2岁前服用效果比较明显。服药年龄越小,疗程越长,效果越明显。本组资料未显示口服双歧杆菌三联活菌片对过敏性疾病的影响。

The effects of Triple live bacteria Bifidobacterium tablets on immune function of infants and young children

Objective To observe the effects of Triple live bacteria bifidobacterium tablets on immune function of infants and young children. Methods Children with upper respiratory infection at the outpatient department in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by age： 0 months of age, 6 months of age, 12 months of age, 24-36 months of age. Experimental group took Triple live bacteria bifidobacterium tablets for 6 months, the control group took nothing and observed the incidence of respiratory tractinfection, digestive tract infection and allergic diseases, and the change of serum levels of IgA and IgE. Results Among the experimental groups less than 24 months of age, after 3 months taking Triple live bacteria bifidobacterium tablets, the IgA values were higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.This difference was larger after taking Triple live bacteria bifidobacterium tablets for 6 months.The IgA values had no significant difference between the experimental group of 24-36 months of age and the control group. After 6 months the experimental groups taking Triple live bacteria biftdobacterium tablets ,the number of children whose IgE was above normal was not statistically significant different from that of the control group. The number of children suffering from respiratory and gastrointestinal infections more than 5 times among the experimental groups was less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The number of children suffering from allergicdisease among the experimental groups was not statistically significant different from that of the control group. Conclusion Probiotics Triple live bacteria bifidobacterium tablets can improve immune function in infants, and reduce the incidence of infectious diseases.The younger and longer taking the bifidobacterium viable bacteria tablets, the bettwe is the effect.
