血清免疫固定电泳技术在多发性骨髓瘤中的临床诊断应用

目的探讨血清免疫固定电泳在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)鉴定中的临床应用价值。方法对80例骨髓瘤患者血清进行免疫球蛋白定量、轻链定量及血清免疫固定电泳、血清蛋白电泳检测。结果 80例MM患者中,53例(66.3%)免疫球蛋白及轻链定量显著增高,免疫固定电泳80例(100%)均为阳性,血清蛋白电泳45例(56.3%)检出M带。结论血清免疫固定电泳技术特异性和敏感性较高,能快速、准确进行MM鉴定,对MM的的诊断、治疗及预后评估具有重要的临床价值。

Clinical application of serum immunofixation electrophoresis in multiple myeloma

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of serum immunofixation electrophoresis in the identification of multiple myeloma （MM）. Methods Serum samples from 80 patients with MM were detected for fight chain and immunoglobulin levels by serum protein electrophoresis, immunofixation electrophoresis. Results The 80 MM patients, 53 cases （66.3%） had elevated levels of light chain and immunoglobulin; M bands appeared in 45 serum samples （56.3%）. Immunofixation electrophoresis in 80 cases （100%） were positive. Conclusion Immunofixation electrophoresis technique is sensitive and specific, which is valuable in diagnosis of MM for its rapidness and accuracy indetermination. Therefore, it has important clinical value for MM diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
