| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨累及黄斑区的孔源性视网膜脱离行巩膜扣带术和玻璃体切割术黄斑下积液的发生率及对术后视力的影响。方法:将31例31眼孔源性视网膜脱离患者分为两组,A组15例15眼行巩膜扣带术,B组16例16眼行玻璃体切割术。术后1,3,6mo行视力、眼底及OCT检查。结果:术后1mo间接眼底镜检查所有患眼视网膜复位,矫正视力B组好于A组。术后3,6mo两组间无明显差异。OCT检查术后1mo两组黄斑下积液的发生率,差异有显著性。随时间延长,A组黄斑下积液逐渐消失。结论:巩膜扣带术后常见黄斑下积液,两组远期术后视力无明显差异。
