| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨采用饼式后巩膜加固术对高度近视治疗的安全性和有效性。方法:采用饼式后巩膜加固术,对20例39眼高度近视患者进行手术治疗,随访1～3a。结果:患者术后眼轴无进行性延长,与术前比较差异无显著性;近视屈光度术后与术前比较,差异也无显著性;矫正视力术后均有不同程度的提高。结论:采用饼式后巩膜加固术并发症少,可稳定眼轴,稳定和改善视力,是一种安全有效的预防和治疗高度近视的方法。
