| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨顺行与逆行切除术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法:选择2006-01/2010-06的320眼翼状胬肉患者,随机分成两组,顺行切除术联合丝裂霉素128眼,逆行切除术联合丝裂霉素192眼。结果:术后1a,顺行切除术联合丝裂霉素组中治愈者117眼,有效率91.4%;逆行切除术联合丝裂霉素组中治愈者187眼,有效率97.4%。两组术后有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.016)。结论:逆行切除术联合丝裂霉素是治疗翼状胬肉的一种有效方法。
