| 摘 要： | 目的:应用光学相干断层扫描仪(optical coherence tomography,OCT)检测豚鼠眼视网膜、脉络膜厚度及结构形态,探讨OCT检测豚鼠眼视网膜、脉络膜厚度与组织学检查结果的相关性。方法:对5只英国属花色豚鼠(出生后3wk)采用OCT扫描眼底并进行分析,然后处死豚鼠(10眼)行组织学检查。结果:OCT检测豚鼠视网膜厚度与组织学检查结果具备良好相关性(r=0.77,P<0.01),OCT检测视网膜厚度比组织学检查结果厚15～20μm。但豚鼠脉络膜厚度与组织学检查结果无明显相关性(r=0.19,P=0.203>0.05)。结论:豚鼠视网膜和脉络膜厚度均可通过OCT进行检测。
