运动疗法治疗糖尿病视网膜病变临床疗效观察

目的:研究运动疗法治疗糖尿病视网膜病变是否有效。方法:选取糖尿病视网膜病变患者84例,随机分为两组,对照组为单纯药物治疗,治疗组进行药物治疗的同时,辅以运动疗法。治疗前后检测视力、眼底、血糖、糖化血红蛋白,使用汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分。结果:实验组治疗前后眼底改善优于对照组,运动干预后,实验组的血糖和糖化血红蛋白均有显著下降;患者的焦虑和抑郁症状明显减轻。结论:运动疗法治疗糖尿病视网膜病变有效。

Clinical observation on exercise therapy for diabetic retinopathy
