| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B超引导下经皮穿刺联合药物灌洗及置管引流治疗细菌性肝脓肿的临床价值。方法对细菌性肝脓肿65例行B超引导下经皮穿刺联合药物灌洗及置管引流治疗。结果穿刺联合药物灌洗及置管引流治疗成功率达100%,经复查B超,65例患者脓肿完全吸收痊愈出院,未出现大出血、气胸、感染播散等并发症。结论 B超引导下经皮穿刺联合药物灌洗及置管引流术在治疗细菌性肝脓肿中具有安全、实用、疗效可靠、康复快、经济等优点,有重要的应用价值,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of therapies of percutaneous catheter drainage plus lavage treatment for bacterial liver abscess. Methods 65 bacterial liver abscess were treated with B ultrasound-guided percutaneous joint lavage and catheter drainage of drug treatment.
