温阳益阴、培土荣土法治疗慢性乙型肝炎62例疗效观察

目的观察温阳益阴、培土荣土法治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将112例患者随机分为2组,治疗组62例运用温阳益阴、培土荣土法随证加减治疗,对照组50例运用肝必复、肝泰乐、维肝福泰治疗。2组疗程均为3个月。观察2组主要症状、体征,检测2组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、白蛋白/球蛋白比值(A/G)、总胆红素(TBiL)、乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)、乙型肝炎e抗原(HBeAg)以及乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBVDNA,用PCR法测定)。结果治疗组患者的临床症状、体征显著改善,ALT、AST、SB降低,白蛋白(Alb)升高,与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01);HBeAg、HBVDNA的转阴率较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论温阳益阴、培土荣土法能显著改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床症状、体征以及肝功能,是治疗慢性乙型肝炎的有效方药。

Clinical effect of chronic hepatitis B treated by method of warming yang and tonify yin, tonifying the spleen

Objective To observe the effect of chronic hepatitis B treated by method of warming yang and tonify yin, tonifying the spleen to help the lung.Methods 112 cases with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group (n=50) were treated only by routine therapy (Ganbifu, Gantaile, Weiganfutai). And patients in treatment group (n=62) were treated by combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. The effect was observed before and after treatment in both groups for 3 months. Indexes of symptoms and signs were observed in both groups.Results Symptoms and signs of patients in treatment group were improved. Improvement of ALT, AST and Alb in treatment group was superior to those in control group (P<0.05). Negative rate of HbeAg, HBV-DNA in treatment group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The method of warming yang and tonify yin, tonifying the spleen could improve clinical symptoms, sign and liver function of patients with chronic hepatitis B. It is an effective therapy on the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
