人子宫内膜细胞纯化方法的研究

目的探讨一种人子宫内膜细胞体外分离培养的方法。方法将离体子宫内膜组织立即放入无菌瓶中,冲洗、剪碎,0.1%Ⅰ型胶原酶消化2h,100目和300目细胞筛分离上皮细胞和间质细胞,分别离心（前者700r/min,离心5min,后者1000r/min,离心10min）,应用含20%胎牛血清的DMEM培养基体外培养,并通过免疫细胞染色进行鉴定。结果胶原酶消化及细胞筛过筛后离心可以完全分离子宫内膜上皮细胞和间质细胞,并分别经角蛋白单抗和波形蛋白单抗组化染色为阳性。结论该方法简单,费用低廉,能达到完全分离子宫内膜细胞的目的。

A Method for Isolation and Culture of Human Endometrial Cells
