| 摘 要： | 目的:观察黄芪注射液治疗2型糖尿病肾病其降低微量白蛋白尿的疗效。方法:112例2型糖尿病性肾病患者随机分为①对照组:仅用包括降糖疗法的一般糖尿病性肾病治疗方法;②治疗组:在糖尿病性肾病一般治疗基础上加用黄芪注射液30mL每日1次静脉滴注。结果:治疗4周后,与对照组比较,治疗组的24h尿白蛋白排泄量较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01)。结论:黄芪注射液对降低2型糖尿病性肾病的的尿微量白蛋白疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of huangqi injection in reduction of microalbuminuria in Patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy .Methods: 112 cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups,involved in a randomized control clinical trial. Control group total 56 cases were only given conventional diabetes treatment. In other group (treatment group, 56 cases) 30mL of huangqi was added to 500mL NS for intravenous injection every day for four weeks. Result: After treatment the excreted al-buminuria of patients in the treatment group significantly reduced compared with that before treatment. ( P < 0.01) . Conclusion: Huangqi injection is notably effective in reducing microalbuminuria for type 2 diabetic nephropalhy. |
