| 摘 要： | 目的：观察深Ⅱ°～Ⅲ°烧伤混合创面削痂后应用自体皮移植治疗的效果。方法：对76例烧伤患者深Ⅱ°～Ⅲ°混合创面在3～5天内实施削痂手术,然后切取自体刃厚皮和大张中厚皮移植于其上。结果：3周内创面愈合率在98%以上。结论：对深Ⅱ°～Ⅲ°烧伤混合创面一并采取早期削痂植皮可以取得良好的疗效。
