高分辨率彩超在下肢深静脉血栓溶栓治疗中的监测价值

目的用高分辨率彩超观察下肢深静脉血栓治疗过程中血管结构及血流动力学情况。方法用高分辨率彩超追踪观察2l条下肢深静脉31个节段血栓治疗后的静脉管壁厚度、回声、血流速度及频谱形态，并与正常组进行对比。结果2l条深静脉3l节段血栓的声像图与正常对照组比较，31个节段血管内径均有不同程度的狭窄，血流频谱平直，14个节段内有血栓残留，7对下肢静脉瓣功能不全。结论高分辨率彩超能够为下肢深静脉血栓患者的临床治疗及疗效观察提供形态学及血流动力学依据。

The Observing Value of High Resolution Color Doppler Ultrasonography on the Cure of the Lower Extremities Deep Venous Thrombosis

Objective To investigate the venous structure and the flow dynamics of the lower extremities deep venous thrombosis.Methods To observe the thickness and echo of the venous wall and detecte the venous flow velocity and septral shape of 31 segments of 21 deep venous thrombosis through high resolution color doppler ultrasonography, and compare with the normal group. Results There are different degrees of stenosis in 31 segments vein of 21 deep venous thrombosis, the flow septral turns into flat stripes, thrombus left in 14 segments vein. 7 pairs of venous valve function is insuficient.Conclusion High resolution color doppler ultrasonography can provide evidence for morphology and flow dynamics for the clinical cure of the lower extremities deep venous thrombosis patients.
