| 摘 要： | 目的采用等度洗脱的高效液相色谱法测定多维元素片(29)中维生素K1的含量。方法迪马C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温25℃,流动相无水乙醇-水(92∶8),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长254nm。结果维生素K1在0.1812~0.7248μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.89%,RSD为0.67%。结论本法降低了仪器要求,简化操作,准确可靠,可用于维生素K1的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of vitamin K1 in multivitamin and minerals tablet (29) by RP-HPLC.Methods RP-HPLC was used with C18 column,and the mobile phase consisted of dehydrated alcohol-water (92∶8) with the detection wavelength at 254 nm.The flow rate was at 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was 25 ℃.Results The standard curve was liner over the range of 0.181 2～0.724 8 μg (r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 99.89% with RSD=0.67%.Conclusion The method degrades the requirement of equipment,and it is simple,accurate and reliable.It can be used for the quality control of vitamin K1. |
