细胞粘附分子与子宫内膜异位症的发病原因

摘    要:子宫内膜异位症是一种常见妇科疾病,它引起痛经,下腹痛,性交痛等症状,是不孕的主要原因之一,其治疗上仍无特效方法,究其原因主要是发病机理仍不清楚,越来越多证据表明:离开子宫腔的子宫内膜要具有活性就需要粘附并刺激周期组织产生新生血管,而这些过程需要粘附分子的参与,现将细胞粘附分子与子宫内膜异位症的发病发系作一综述。

Abstract:Endometriosis is a common gynecologic disease which causes menorrhalgia,abdominal pain and pareuniaalia,etc.Because the mechanism is unclear,there is no special treatment for it.Recently,more and more evidence has proved that the endometrium of non uterine cavity may be activated to produce new blood vessell and adhere to the surrounding tissues.Cell adhesion molecules play an important role in this progress.This article reviews the cause of endometriosis and the relationship between cell adhesion molecules and endometriosis.
