慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清IL-22水平的分析

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者血清白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、IL-10、IL-22水平与COPD疾病发生发展的关系。方法对30例COPD患者分别于其急性加重期用ELISA法检测其血清中的IL-8、IL-10、IL-22水平,同时测定FEV1.0,当其处于缓解期时再次用ELISA法检测其血清中的IL-8、IL-10、IL-22水平,用同样方法对20例健康对照组进行血清相应指标的检测。结果COPD急性期较缓解期及健康对照组血清IL-8、IL-10、IL-22的水平均明显升高,COPD缓解期血清IL-8、IL-10、IL-22水平较健康对照组明显升高。COPD组急性发作期血IL-22水平与FEV1.0呈负相关,与同期IL-8、IL-10水平呈正相关。结论IL-22参与了COPD患者的炎症过程,其血清水平有助于对COPD急性发作期患者病情及预后监测。

A study on changes of IL-8,IL-10 and IL-22 in the serum of patients suffering from COPD

Objective To evaluate and compare the role of cytokines in the pathogenesis of COPD. Methods Thirty cases with acute COPD were chosen to observed,whose serum level of IL-8,IL-10 and IL-22 were tested by radioimmunoassay technique and pulmonary function were also be measured,When they were in stable stage after treatment,whose serum of IL-8, IL-10 and IL-22 were tested again by the same way. Results In the COPD group,the serum level of IL-8,IL-10 and IL-22 in the acute stage were significantly higher than those in the stable stage, the serum level of IL-8,IL-10 and IL-22 of COPD groups were both significantly higher than normal group. The serum levels of IL-22 in cases during exacerbation were negatively with the FEV1.0 and were positively with the serum levels of IL-8 ,IL-10. Conclusion IL-22 are involved in airway inflammation and may paly an important role in the pathogenetie process of COPD, and their levels are helpful to determining the condition and prognosis about about disease.
