摘    要:类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis, RA)是一种以关节滑膜慢性炎症为主要特征的自身免疫性疾病。该病致病机制不明,长期以来,对于RA发病机制的研究集中在炎症及免疫反应方面。最新研究发现,代谢与免疫密切相关。缺氧、糖及脂肪的代谢异常可影响免疫细胞的发育、分化和功能进而导致自身免疫性疾病的发生。因而近年来,越来越多的研究关注代谢途径在免疫和RA发病中的作用,以期从不同的角度探讨RA的发病机制,为RA的治疗提供新的思路。本综述复习近年来相关文献,回顾缺氧、糖及脂肪代谢在免疫和RA发病中的作用。

Abstract:Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic inflammatory disease of unknown etiology marked by a symmetric, peripheral polyarthritis. Inflammation has long been considered to play an important role in the pathogenesis of RA. Latest studies found that metabolism and immunity are closely related. Hypoxia, sugar and fat metabolism can affect the immune cell development, differentiation and function and then lead to the occurrence of autoimmune diseases. In recent years, more and more studies have focused on the role of metabolic pathways in the immunity and pathogenesis of RA, in order to explore the pathogenesis of RA from different perspectives and provide new ideas for the treatment of RA. We reviewed the role of hypoxia, sugar and fat metabolism in immunity and RA pathogenesis.
