兔椎间盘退变与修复模型的研究现状*

摘    要:椎间盘退变模型是研究椎间盘退变疾病的基础和关键之一。兔退变椎间盘模型具有操作简单、可重复性好等特点被国内外学者广泛应用。兔椎间盘退变模型包括体内模型、体外模型等。体内模型根据损伤类别包括:机械损伤模型、化学损伤模型、异常应力模型、脊柱不稳模型、脊柱融合模型等;体外模型包括椎间盘细胞模型、椎间盘组织模型等。本文根据近年兔腰椎间盘各种退变模型与修复的研究现状与进展作一综述。

Abstract:[Abstract]The research of the disc degeneration animal model is the foundation and key of the disc degeneration disease. There are more than ten kinds of animals used in the preparation of disc degeneration model, rabbit is one of the most used animal. Rabbit disc degeneration model includes two types of in vivo models and in vitro models. In vivo models are classificatied by injured categories including: mechanical damage model, chemical damage model, abnormal stress model, spinal instability model, spinal fusion model.And the vitro model include intervertebral disc cell model and disc tissue model. According to reported we make a review of rabbit disc degeneration model which summarize the preparation method and the advantages or disadvantages and its application of various model.
