目的探索在大型综合性三级甲等医院推行ISO9001:2000质量管理体系的方法.方法建立ISO9001:2000质量管理体系,通过认证并有效运行.结果实施ISO 9001:2000质量管理体系之后12个月比之前12个月在就诊人数和住院人数、危重病人抢救成功率、病人满意率,以及门诊、住院收入上均有显著提高,而平均住院日明显减少.结论大型医院推行ISO 9001:2000质量管理体系的内在效益是员工的质量观念转变,职责明确,操作规范,管理前移;外在效益是进一步提高了大医院安全、可信的品牌形象,患者满意率和服务效率提高,市场竞争力增强.
