| 摘 要： | 目的探讨转化生长因子β（TGFβ）Ⅱ型受体（TGFβRⅡ）在尖锐湿疣（CA）皮损中表达情况及其意义。方法采用半定量PCR技术分别检测20例CA皮损及10例正常对照包皮中TGFβRⅡ的mRNA的表达。结果CA皮损中TGFβⅡR的mRNA的表达水平显著低于正常对照包皮组织（P〈0．05）。结论TGF-β信号通路中TGF-βRⅡ表达的下降可能与CA疣体的发生相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression profile of TGβRⅡ in Condyloma acuminatum （CA）. Methods Semi - quantitative RT - PCR was used to detect the expression of TGF β RⅡ in the tissues of 20 CA patients and 10 normal controls. 18s rRNA was used as an internal reference for the estimation of the relative expression level of both TGF β RⅡ.Results The expression levels of TGF β RⅡ mRNA were significantly down - regulated in CA patients in comparison with those in control skin specimens （ P .〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Down - regulationg of TGF β RⅡ expression may interfere with TGF β signaling transduction pathway, and contribute to the formation of CA. |
