| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在输尿管梗阻性疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法:对48例输尿管梗阻性疾病的患者行多层螺旋CT容积扫描及三维重建。结果:48例中输尿管结石29例,输尿管炎性狭窄6例,输尿管癌5例,其它恶性肿瘤累及输尿管者5例,先天性畸形5例,其中2例合并结石。结论:三维重建技术是明确输尿管梗阻性疾病诊断的重要方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value multi detector row CT with 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of ureteral obstruction.Methods:48 cases with ureteral obstruction disease were performed by MSCT volume scanning and 3D reconstruction.Results:29 ureteral calculus,6 inflammatory stenosis,5mallgnant tumors zhvated ureteral,5 congenital variants and deformities involved 2 ureteral calculus were diagnosed among 48 patients.Conclusion:MSCT is very important way for diagnosis of ureteral obstruction disease. |
