沙培林联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效观察

目的:观察沙培林联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液化气的疗效。方法:将收治的46例恶性胸水患者随机分为两组,治疗组23例采用沙培林加顺铂治疗;对照组23例单用顺铂治疗。结果:治疗组有效率86.9%,对照组有效率65.1%,治疗组的疗效明显好于对照组。结论:沙培林联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效好,毒副作用少,有较高临床应用价值。

Clinical Observation on Treament Emeaey of Malignant Pleural Farusion by the use of Integrative OK- 432 and Cisplafin.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of OK-432 combining with cisplatin in treating malignant pleural effusion.Methods:The 46 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the 23 patients of treated group were treated with OK-432 and cisplatin,the 23 patients of control group were treated with only cisplatin.Results:The effective rate in the treated group were 86.9%, and in the control group were 65.1%,the therapeutic effect in the former was significantly superior to that in the latter.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of OK-432 combining with cisplation therapy is markedly effective for malignant pleural effusion,and the toxic reaction is lower.It has better clinical value.
