| 摘 要： | 本文对我院142例剖宫产术进行了分析,提出了正确掌握剖宫产指征、除低围产儿死亡率和术后并发症的建议。作者认为剖宫产与阴道分娩相比对母体有较大影响,绝不可为降低围产儿死亡率而过分盲目放宽剖宫产指征。文中对手术并发症的原因及治疗进行了分析。

| Abstract: | In this paper, clinical analysis was made in 142 cases of caesarean section in our hospital and some suggestions were put forward to master caesarean section indication correctly and reduce the death rate of perinatal babies and the complications. The authors believes that Caesarean section has more influence on the parent substance than viginal delivery. We can never increase the indication in order to reduce the death rate of perinatal babies. The cause and treatment of the complications were also analysed in this paper |
