摘    要:目的]建立谷红注射液中总多酚含量的测定方法,为谷红注射液内在质量的控制提供依据。方法]采用Folin-Ciocalteu比色法,依据羟基红花黄色素A与山奈酚相对于谷红注射液最大吸收波长的吻合度,选择适宜的对照品和显色条件进行总多酚的含量测定。结果]以羟基红花黄色素A计,10批谷红注射液样品中总多酚的含量分别为9.94、9.55、9.75、9.67、9.84、10.03、9.81、9.52、9.88、10.09 mg·mL^-1。总多酚的平均加样回收率为98.11%,RSD为1.68%(n=6)。结论]所建立的Folin-Ciocalteu法简便、准确、灵敏度高,是定量谷红注射液中总多酚的可靠方法。

Abstract:Objective]To establish determination method for total polyphenols in Guhong Injection, and provide reference for internal quality control of Guhong Injection.Methods]Using the Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetric method, according to the consistent degree of the maximum absorption wavelengths of hydroxysafflor yellow A and kaempferol relative to Guhong Injection, we selected the appropriate reference and color reaction condition to content determination.Rsults]With hydroxysafflor yellow A as the standard, the content of total polyphenols in 10 batches of samples were 9.94, 9.55, 9.75, 9.67,9.84, 10.03, 9.81, 9.52, 9.88, 10.09mg·mL^-1. The average recovery of total polyphenols was 98.11% and RSD was 1.68%(n =6). Conclusion]The established Folin-Ciocalteu method is simple, accurate, sensitive, and is reliable for detecting total polyphenols in Guhong Injection.
