胰管结石的影像学诊断价值比较

目的：比较各影像学检查对胰管结石的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析了１０例胰管结石病人的Ｂ超、ＣＴ、ＥＲＣＰ、腹部平片资料。结果：Ｂ超诊断准确率可达１００％，ＣＴ诊断准确率约１４％，ＥＲＣＰ检查确诊率为４０％，腹部平片不能确诊。结论：Ｂ超最有诊断价值，是最经济、简便、实用、有效的诊断手段，应列为首选方法。ＣＴ误诊率较高，有主客观因素影响，但只要我们观察ＣＴ片时能想到该病，抓住胰管结石的特点，是可以作出正确诊断的。ＥＲＣＰ有一定的诊断价值，但较麻烦。腹部平片的诊断价值较小

CONTRASTION OF IMAGEOLOGIC DIAGNOSIS VALUE OF PANCREATIC DUCT STONE

Objective:Contrasting diagnosis value of imaging examination to pancreatic duct stone.Method:Retrospective analysis B type ultrasound,CT,ERCP and abdominal plain film data of 10 cases of pancreatic duct stone.Conclusion:B type ultrasound is the first choise,is the most ecnomy simple useful and effective diagnosis method.There are subjective and objective factors in high misdiagnosis rate of CT diagnosis,we should grasp features of pancreatic duct stone when we observe CT film,we can make currect diagnosis.There are some diagnosis value of ERCP,but it is complex.Abdominal plane films have low diagnosis value.
