树脂嵌体修复儿童第一磨牙大面积缺损的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察树脂嵌体用于修复儿童第一磨牙牙体大面积缺损的临床效果。方法:采用间接法复合树脂嵌体修复技术,修复儿童第一磨牙牙体大面积缺损28例,随访观察18个月以上。采用USPHS评价标准,分别从边缘着色、边缘密合度、解剖形态、基牙继发龋、修复体折裂方面进行评价。结果:观察18个月以上,除一例出现牙体部分折裂外,其余27例临床效果满意。结论:应用复合树脂嵌体修复第一磨牙牙体大面积缺损,能有效恢复年轻恒牙牙体外形和邻接关系,临床效果满意。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effectiveness of using composite resin inlay in restoration of the massive destruction first permanent molar in children.Method:The clinical effects of indirect composite resin inlay in 28 badly broken-down first permanent molars were evaluated in USPHS criterion (marginal discoloration,marginal adaption,secondary caries,anatomic shape integrity and fractures of tooth)18 months later.Result:18 months after treatment,every composite inlay restoration for the first permanent molar of children had a satisfactory clinical performance,except one case fractured a part of tooth.Conclusion:The composite resin inlay is a new alternative to the restoration of children's permanent molars.
