家庭健康教育对食管癌患者生活质量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨同步实施家庭健康教育对食管癌患者生活质量的影响。方法将64例已确诊的食管癌患者按首次住院的先后顺序随机分为对照组(32例)和观察组(32例),两组患者在常规治疗的同时接受健康教育,观察组在此基础上同步实施家属健康教育。在患者入院时及入院后第4周,采用生活质量指数评定量表,分别对两组患者生活质量进行评分比较。结果入院第4周时,观察组患者总体生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者入院后第4周的总体生活质量明显高于入院时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对食管癌患者家属同步实施健康教育,可提高家属的照料水平及配合程度,减少患者的精神压力,提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of family health education on patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods Sixty-four patients with esophageal carcinoma were randomly assigned to intervention group(n=32) and control group(n=32).Both groups received routine health education besides medical treatment.The intervention group also received family health education.The Quality of Life(QOL) was measured by health-related quality of life inventory in the two groups before and 4 weeks after hospitalization,and the results were compared.Results At the 4th week after health education,QOL score was significantly higher in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.01).The QOL score of patients in the intervention group were significantly increased 4 weeks after family health education(P<0.01).Conclusion Family health education can improve the attending of family members,reduce the psychological stress of patients,and improve the QOL.
