| Abstract: | Estrogen has an important protective effects on the cardiovascular system in women. Estrogen and estrogen receptors(ER) take the protective effects by inhibiting vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation and by modulating rennin angiotension system. It can provide theoretic supportment for estrogen replacement therapy and CHD prevention by studying the mechanism of estrogen and ER in postmenopausal women. Bet the efficacy of the therepy has not cmfirmed yet. |
