肝血管瘤主要治疗方法分析及比较

目的：探讨肝血管瘤主要治疗方法,并对常用方法进行比较。方法：比较介入治疗对各型肝血管瘤的治疗效果,并讨论目前肝血管瘤的主要治疗方法的优缺点。结果：介入栓塞治疗肝血管瘤,对大结节型和小结节型治疗效果较好,对大块型和巨块型治疗效果欠佳,需要临床重视。结论：肝血管瘤目前临床治疗方法很多,介入栓塞治疗对大结节型和小结节型治疗效果较好,值得临床推广。

Comparison of Primary Treatment for Hepatic Hemangioma

Objective： To investigate the main treatment of hepatic hemangioma,and compare with routine methods.Method： The intervention on various types of treatment of hepatic hemangioma,liver hemangioma and discuss the current major advantages and disadvantages of treatment.Result： Interventional treatment of hepatic hemangioma,large nodules and small nodules based treatment is effective,the cure rate of large type and bulky is lower than large nodules and small nodules,need clinical attention.Conclusion： There are many ways of treatment of hepatic hemangioma,interventional embolization of large nodules and small nodular treatment is effective,it is worthy to promotion.
