昔洛韦霜联合白介素治疗泛发型扁平疣的临床疗效

目的探讨昔洛韦霜联合白介素对泛发型扁平疣的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的43例泛发型扁平疣患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组应用左旋咪唑片和利巴韦林,观察组采用白细胞介素-2联合昔洛韦霜。观察两组患者治疗的有效率、起效时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为90.91%、76.19%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.88,P<0.05)。观察组与对照组的不良反应发生率分别为18.18%、23.81%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组起效时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论昔洛韦霜联合白介素-2治疗泛发型扁平疣的临床疗效确切,起效快,使用安全,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical curative effect of penciclovir cream combined with interleukin on the flat wart

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of penciclovir cream combined with IL-2 on flat wart. Methods 43 cases of flat wart patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,patients in control group were given levamisole and ribavirin,patients in observation group received the treatment of interleukin-2 combined with penciclovir cream. The efficiency,onset time and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group and control group were 90. 91% and 76. 19%,there was signifi-cant difference between the two groups （χ2 =7. 88,P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reaction of observation group and control group were 18. 18% and 23. 81%,there was no significant difference between the two groups （P＆gt;0. 05）. The onset time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of penciclovir cream combined with IL-2 in the treatment of flat wart is exact,fast,safe,and it is wor-thy of clinical application.
